Kick-off times are set by LaLiga and confirmed two to four weeks ahead. The match may move to a different day within the same round. Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date and time.
Gates open 90 minutes before kick-off. Arrive early — access routes get busy.
Digital tickets are issued between 24 and 3 hours before the match, together with your assigned pedestrian access gate. Keep an eye on your email and have photo ID with you.
There is no luggage storage at the stadium. Laptops and pushchairs are not permitted inside.
Seats within a category are allocated by the stadium. Bookings of two or more will be seated together wherever possible, but adjacent seating cannot be guaranteed.
Tickets are issued for home areas. Visiting-team colours may not be displayed.
The stadium is accessible. Wheelchair access is at Gate F (Tribuna) and Gate V (Gol Sud), with assistance at Accesses Q, V and F. The supporter services office opens two hours before kick-off.
Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the stadium.
Follow stewards' instructions at all times. The club may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone breaching stadium regulations.
